Have you ever left behind one of your shopping lists at the grocery store? Well, author Hillary Carlip might have picked it up. Ms. Carlip has been collecting these discarded lists for years and she's turned them into a book called A la Cart: The Secret Lives of Grocery Shoppers.
Ms. Carlip says you can tell al lot about a person by his or her shopping list, so she imagined each character based on her observations.Here is a video about Ms. Carlip's book an dhow she is obsessed with other people's shopping lists. She is ecstatic when she discovers a new one. Take a look:
