Tokyo Spa Offers Creepy Snail Facial

Japan has launched a creepy new beauty treatment known as the snail facial. Danielle Demetriou, a brave Telegraph reporter, tried out the new procedure which involves live snails crawling across your face.

The idea behind the treatment is that the slime trail left by the snails will help your skin. Four snails are used in the procedure. Danielle says the snails felt "cool and heavy."
