This 420 square foot Manhattan apartment can transform into five different rooms. It costs $1 million. The bed is hidden behind a shelf. A moving wall contains a stand-up office. The wall can also be pulled out to split the room into two. There are bunk beds in the second "room" to create a spare bedroom.

There is a little table that can stretch and become a longer dining room table.

The tiny kitchen has a convection oven, freezer and refrigerator, washer and induction burners. It is an amazing use of space but it is still a very small apartment, especially for $1 million.
