Starbucks Quality Specialists Try 600 Cups a Day

Starbucks quality specialists taste up to 600 cups of coffee daily to determine the best coffee to make into Starbucks stores. Bloomberg reports that 75% off Starbucks coffee gets tested in this room known as The Cupping Room. It is located at the Starbucks headquarters in Seattle.
Bloomberg met with Starbucks master taster Leslie Wolford. She has a special tasting technique that sounds like a bird. She explains the six step tasting process.
Wolford says it is "just the love of coffee" at the end of the day for her.
