Video: Apple Unveils New iPad Mini with A17 Pro Chip

Apple has unveiled its first iPad Mini that was made for Apple Intelligence. In the press release Apple says the tablet boasts a faster CPU and GPU, and a 2x faster Neural Engine.
The new iPad mini uses the A17 Pro Chip. It has an 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display and 12MP wide back camera. It also supports the Apple Pencil Pro.
Pricing for the new tablet starts at $499 with 128GB.
Bob Borchers, Apple's vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing, says in the announcement, "With the powerful A17 Pro chip, faster connectivity, and support for Apple Pencil Pro, the new iPad mini delivers the full iPad experience in our most portable design at an incredible value.."
Some commenters on the YouTube post by MacRumors (featured above) were disappointed in the tablet's 60Hz refresh rate.
