Posted on June 25, 2014

Meat Rushmore is a meat replica of the Mount Rushmore National Memorial in South Dakota. It was built by artists using over 1,600 pounds of Jack Link's beef, pork and turkey jerkey. The meat structure is 13 feet tall and 16 feet wide. Jack Link's commissioned the product for National Jerkey Day.

The meat sculpture was showcased in New York City's Columbus Circle on June 12th. It was a strange, unconventional material for the artists to work with.
