Video: Ranking the Food at the U.S. Open

The U.S. Open has quite a few food options this year. The WSJ sent their intrepid reporters out to test the food, bracket style. Will Ben and Jerry's ice cream sundae beat the competition? Take a look:
A number of top chefs are also preparing food at the event. The items are being sold at the new Master Chef Cafe in the south plaza. The chefs who have contributed items are: Spiaggia's Tony Mantuano of Chicago; California and Las Vegas chef Susan Feniger; Florida's Carmen Gonzalez; New York's Jonathan Waxman; and Rick Moonen of Las Vegas. Here is what they'll prepare, according to the Wall Street Journal:
- Feniger: carne asada tacos and Yucatan pork tacos
- Gonzalez: lobster roll, pulled pork sandwich, barbeque pork quesadilla, lobster and avocado terrine and flan
- Mantuano: a spinach salad and antipasti platter
- Moonen: a shrimp hot dog called Moon 'N Doogie
- Waxman: three paninos with various fillings
- Masaharu Morimoto: sushi served in the VIP and player's lounges and luxury suites.
