Upside-Down House Opens to Tourists in Shanghai

An upside-down house has opened up to tourists in China. UPI reports that it cost $800,000 to build. Local officials say the bizarre house somehow meets every one of the city's safety regulations.
The furniture in the house in stuck on the ceiling. People visiting the house initially appear to be unsure of their footing. Some visitors were afraid water was going to come out of the upside-down toilet. It took five months for Polish designers to build the home.
