Sesame Street Won't Air Katy Perry and Elmo Duet

Sesame Street says it won't be airing a Katy Perry and Elmo song on live tv. Katy Perry wore a revealing low-cut top in the video as she sang a special version of her hit song, "Hot N Cold," for Elmo. Sesame Street has also removed the video from its YouTube channel.
It is too bad they couldn't just reshoot with Katy Perry wearing a different outfit or digitally alter Katy Perry's dress. Take a look:
