Rachel Bilson covers the June 2014 issue of Health magazine. Rachel is wearing black shorts with a black and white crop top on the cover. She currently stars in Hart of Dixie, which was just recently renewed for a fourth season. In the Health interview, Rachel talks about finding fame at a young age. She also talks about her dream workout and her biggest health regret, which was tanning as a teenager.
On Finding Fame at a Young Age and Avoiding Partying: "I grew up in L.A. and did all that when I was younger. I went to the clubs and did all the drugs and alcohol. I got it out of my system, so by the time I was on The O.C., I was like, "Wow, I can just enjoy this." Then I started dating a co-star [Adam Brody], so it was more of a domesticated thing; you're just home or with friends-and not out to party."
On Her Dream Workout: "Dancing in a hip-hop class. It's a workout, but you're doing something fun. I want all my girlfriends to go and take a class. I've always wanted to learn the "Single Ladies" dance because how amazing would it be if we all started busting it out somewhere randomly?"
On Her Biggest Health Regret: "When I was a teenager, I was obsessed with being tan and frying myself like a lobster with no sunscreen. And now I see it on my face. It's not about appearance; it's more about your skin and cancer. Now I always put sunscreen on my face, but I use a natural one called VMV Hypoallergenics. And I always have sunscreen on my lips because I had sun poisoning there when I was 16. I like Sugar because they have tinted ones."
