McDonald's Announces Return of Halloween Happy Meal Buckets

McDonald's has announced that it is bringing back its McDonald's Halloween Pails for Halloween 2022. The buckets come with a Halloween Happy Meal starting on October 18th.

It has been six years since the buckets have been available. 2016 was the last Halloween for the Boo Buckets. The buckets - named McBoo, McPunk'n and McGoblin - first arrived in 1986.

Many people find fun uses for the buckets outside of Trick or Treating such as potting plants or as storage buckets.

McDonald's says in a statement, "Don't feel ghosted by the limited-time appearance of our Halloween Pails. Head to your local McDonald's starting Oct. 18 to snag your own. We can't wait to see the creative ways you reuse yours!"
