Lekue Launches Microwave Bacon Cooker

Lekue has launched the Microwave Bacon Cooker, a device created for cooking bacon in a microwave oven. Lekue says it can cook up to 6 slices of bacon in under 5 minutes.

The cooker has raised grooves for keeping bacon out of excess grease and fat while it is cooking. The excess fat can also be drained off using the draining spout when the bacon is done cooking.

The cooker has a clear plastic lid that prevents grease from spattering inside your microwave. Lekue says the lid is BPA and microwave safe plastic. Large handles on the side of the cooker make it easy to carry and remove from the microwave. It is dishwasher safe.
