Hello Egg Digital Cooking Assistant Unveiled at 2017 CES

An egg-shaped smart cooking assistant called Hello Egg was unveiled at the 2017 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. It is billed as a sidekick for the home cook. The egg from RnD64 can display cooking videos and tips.

RnD64 CEO Dmytro Shemet tells Digital Trends, "We realized that modern kitchen assistance and entertainment can't be reduced to voice tutorials and music streaming, but it should also include video instructions, real-time human help, and much more."

Venture Beat reports that RnD64 has already created 44 products in its 7 years of existence. It has sold over 5 million products. Hello Egg will starting shipping in the first quarter of this year. Pricing has not yet been announced.

Hello Egg will also have a support team that can provide cooking tips in real-time. It can also act a timer, show weather forecasts and stream music. It also shows expressions with its single egg-like eye. Take a look:
