Carrie Underwood Launching Athletic Line Called Calia by Carrie

Carrie Underwood has announced she is launching a lifestyle apparel line called Calia by Carrie. The collection will arrive in March 2015 and will be sold exclusively at Dick's Sporting Goods.

Carrie Underwood became a major country music star after winning season four of American Idol. She has released four studio albums. Her most recent, Blown Away, was released in 2012. Carrie has been the co-host of the CMA Awards for multiple years. She also played Maria Augusta von Trapp in NBC's The Sound of Music Live!.

Carrie said in a statement that working with Dick's on her new line was a rewarding experience. She also says, "The inspiration for this line came from my desire to have clothes that seamlessly take me from workouts, to errands, to rehearsals and beyond. As someone who is passionate about health and fitness, I'm excited to offer women a wardrobe that will move with them and encourage them to stay the path of leading an active lifestyle."

Carrie told the AP that she has always loved fashion and fitness. She says there is a lack of high performance workout clothing on the market. She says Calia will have a wide range of patterns including solids. She also says everything in the line can be matched together. Take a look:
