Video: Tengu USB Toy Has a Red LED Face

Tengu is a sound USB reactive character or USB toy. The face of Tengu lights up and is animated by red LED lghts. Tengu talks and sings along with voice audio and music.

Tengu makes seven different LED face expressions. Tengu will fall asleep if he doesn't hear any noises for awhile. Tengu attaches to your computer using the USB slot or a USB hub. It has a 1 meter long cable.

Designer Crispin Jones explains the name of Tengu: "The early prototypes of Tengu featured some slightly different behaviour which was more aligned with the kind of tricks that Tengus get up to. Later we changed the behaviour of the character, but we really liked the name so it stuck! We plan to introduce some of the more mischevious behaviours into future Tengu characters."
