Nicole Kidman Looks Stunning on Cannes Red Carpet In Beaded Armani Prive Gown

Nicole Kidman walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival for the premiere of her new film Grace of Monaco, which follows the life of Princess Grace during a brief time period when Monaco was facing an international crisis.
The film has gotten some harsh criticism from the Monaco royal family, who claim the film is not accurate in some respects. For months there have been reports of a huge falling out between the director and Harvey Weinstein over the editing of the film. Weinstein was said to be so unhappy with the director's editing job that he almost dumped the film. But a deal has been cut and he will retain rights to the film.
Weinstein did not walk the red carpet. He conveniently had a prior appointment in Jordan with his wife Georgina Chapman and author Neil Gaiman. Weinstein said in a statement, "My wife Georgina and I have been in Jordan visiting two Syrian refugee camps, Al Zaatri yesterday and Azraq today. This was a long-planned trip with the UNHCR and our friend Neil Gaiman to bring attention plight of refugees who have been forced to flee Syria and the incredible work of UNHCR."
Nicole was left to fend for herself against a horde of journalists and critics. In any event, she looked absolutely stunning on the red carpet. She wore a strapless blue gown from the spring 2014 Armani Prive collection. The gown featured intricate silver beading. She accessorized with a "Caftan" diamond bracelet and and diamond cluster line earrings by Harry Winston. Here is video of the entire red carpet of the event, which opened the festival.
