Marshmallow Peeps Expand Into Home Decor and Toys

Just Born is rapidly expanding its Marshmallow Peeps brand. New Peeps items will include non-candy products including home decor, china, plush toys and candles. They have partnered with Lenox, Russ Berrie and Hanna's Candle Company for these new products.
Lenox has developed a line of Peeps porcelain and ivory fine china home decor and giftware products. Lenox's initial Peeps line (pictured above) will feature the Peeps bunny and chick icons. Each piece contains sculptural elements, washed in pastel colors and accented in 24-karat gold. The collection includes the following Peeps collectibles: tea lights, sculpted figurines, salt and pepper shakers, egg platter, basket and easter ornament tree.
Russ Berrie is launching a new line of plush toys and other Peeps branded items including luggage tags, key rings and necklaces made with Swarovski Crystals. Hanna's Candle Company will join Just Born with a line of candles and home fragrances.
There is also a Peeps Lip Balm on the market, which we mentioned yesterday.
