MAC Cosmetics Launches Second Brooke Candy Collection

MAC Cosmetics has collaborated with American rapper and singer Brooke Candy for a second collection. Brooke's best known hits include "Opulence" and "Happy Days." An image from the campaign shows black makeup leaking from Brooke's eyes.
The new collection is larger than the first collaboration. MAC calls the collection a "feisty colour collection." It includes lipstick, eye gloss, mascara, lip pencils, bronzing powder, nail lacquer and more.
Brooke talked to Allure about her new collection. She says her inspiration when developing the collection was Jayne Mansfield. She says her second collection is "a bit more whimsical and fun."
She also explained the importance of makeup. She says, "I think makeup allows us to transform ourselves, and transformation is where growth happens. I've gone through a full metamorphosis, and makeup has honestly helped. My identity is beyond my aesthetic and the physical, but I have used makeup and my physical body as a tool."
