Luna Launches New Dark Chocolate Bars

Cliff Bar's Luna brand has added three new dark chocolate bars. The new bars include Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate Chunk, Dark Chocolate Mocha Almond, and Dark Chocolate Hazelnut.
The new dark chocolate bars have seven to eight grams of protein and give grams of sugar each. They are gluten free, non-GMO, and made with organic ingredients such as organic rolled oat. Luna says they are also a good source of fiber.Luna Brand Manager Rite Mathur says in a statement, "We are thrilled to unveil these new bars that reflect what our fans want – less sugar, delicious taste, and gluten free recipes. Luna offers women the energy they need to keep pushing to make their own breakthroughs happen every day."
Luna says its some of its other flavors, including LemonZest and Chocolate Peppermint Stick, now have 25% less sugar. Luna says some of the bars have had sugar reduced from 11-13 grams per bar to 8-9 grams per bar. Luna is also launching a new brand logo and updated packaging.
