King's Hawaiian Launches BBQ Sauce Line

King's Hawaiian, best known for its delicious Hawaiian breads, has launched of a new line of BBQ sauces. The sauces were introduced at South by Southwest at an event hosted by actor and Iron Chef America chairman Mark Dacascos.
The BBQ sauces debut with four different flavors. They include Original Sweet Pineapple, Smoked Bacon, Big Island Lava and Kona Coffee. Here are the descriptions of the flavors:
- Original Sweet Pineapple – Tangy BBQ zest and sweet pineapple
- Smoked Bacon –Made with chunks of rich smoky bacon in a tangy sweet sauce.
- Big Island Lava – King's Hawaiian says it's all about the heat with this BBQ sauce. It features the boldness of red Jalapenos, spicy island flavor, and a hint of sweetness.
- Kona Coffee – A light blend of real Kona coffee designed to enhance the natural flavors of barbecued meat.
The four flavors are available for $5 a bottle here from the King's Hawaiian online store. They will arrive in select retail locations this summer.
