Halloween Displays from Jean Philippe Patisserie

Jean Philippe Patisserie has amazing Halloween-themed displays at its pastry shops at Bellagio and ARIA. The displays range from creepy body parts to whimsical Halloween cakes and pastries. Executive Pastry Chef Claude Escamilla and his team spent eight months creating over 45 Halloween showpieces.
Escamilla says in a statement, "I was very much inspired by my favorite TV program, The Walking Dead. When I was watching the show, I kept thinking about how I could take the characters and turn them into life-size creations for the holiday."
A zombie showgirl is the main focal point at Bellagio. She was created using nearly 160 pounds of chocolate and 75 pounds of rolling fondant. Other Halloween displays include zombie heads and jack-o'-lanterns. Take a look:
