Jamie Oliver's G20 Dinner Menu
Posted on April 3, 2009
Chef Jamie Oliver posted a menu on his website of what he would be serving at the G20 summit dinner at Downing Street in London ahead of the big dinner. He now has some photos on his website, jamieoliver.com, of what he served to the table of important world leaders.
Pictured above was the highlight of the meal: Slow-Roasted Shoulder of Welsh Lamb. The Telegraph describes it as "lamb from a Welsh hill farm in Snowdonia, served with simple flat bread and the strong-flavoured English herb - wild garlic, which grows in shaded woodlands around the country and can be either cooked or eaten in salads."
Here's the complete menu from Jamie Oliver's G20 summit. There were vegetarian options available. It all sounds delicious.
