Idina Menzel Discusses Travolta's Adele Dazeem Gaffe with Billboard

class="first">Actress and singer Idina Menzel covers the latest issue of Billboard magazine. Billboard calls her "the (not so) new 'it' girl." Idina talked to Billboard about John Travolta's Oscar slip when he introduced her as Adele Dazeem.

She says, "That threw me for a minute, but then I just got back on track and reminded myself of where I was. He was really gracious and sent this gorgeous email, and we're buddies and it's all cool."

Billboard says Travolta also sent her flowers. Idina also says, "Please. I mean, I've only benefited from it."

"Let it Go," the ballad she sings from Frozen, has climbed as high as 9 on the Billboard 100. It is also getting radio play. Idina says, "I'm just excited to see it break some rules."Idina says "Let It Go" is not the easiest song to sing. She says it is "quite the acrobatic song."
