Fake blood can be very useful for Halloween costumes and decor. Here's a video from Howcast about how to make fake blood. Ingredients include light corn syrup and red, blue and yellow food coloring.
Cough syrup and chicken livers are additional options if you want to make the blood more gruesome. Adding chicken livers sounds a little disturbing to us.
