We love heirloom tomatoes. They are so tasty during the summer. Lauren Braun Costello, the co-author of Notes on Cooking, explains how to buy and store heirloom tomatoes in this short video. She recommends buying heirloom tomatoes from your local farmer's market. She also says the best way to buy tomatoes is to buy them on the vine.
