Families of 9/11 Victims Angry About 9/11 Museum Gift Shop

Families of 9/11 victims are upset that the 911/ Memorial Museum has a gift shop and is charging an admissions fee. The issue is not so much the fee and gift shop but the human remains housed in a repository underground in the museum. The museum houses 8,000 unidentified human remains.
The families were already outraged by this. Having people pay an admission fee and buy coffee mugs and stuffed animals at a place where the remains of their deceased loved ones are located is causing them to be even more upset.
Jim Riches lost his son, a firefighter, in the 9/11 attacks. Riches says, "My son's friends are going to have to pay $24 to go down and pay their respects. I think that's a disgrace. It's the only cemetery in the world where you have to pay to go in." The upset families are asking the remains to be removed from the museum. Take a look:
