Emeril Lagasse, Allen Brothers Launch Red Marble Steaks

Chef Emeril Lagasse has partnered with Allen Brothers Steaks to launch Emeril's Red Marble Steaks. The products will be available for purchase online beginning May 1st. The steaks offered will include filet mignon, bone-in rib eyes, classic Porterhouse, New York strips, rib roasts and tenderloins.
Emeril says in a release, "I'm so excited to be partnering with my friends at Allen Brothers to offer this line of high-quality steaks. Emeril's Red Marble Steaks are jamming with flavor - now everyone can have our delicious steaks delivered right to their doorstep - to grill up or cook at home anytime."
Emeril knows his steaks and he shares some great advice for those making steak at home in this Martha Stewart video. It is called a Grilled Hanger Steak. Emeril calls hanger steak the "hidden tenderloin." The Youtube page has the recipe including a smokey paprika rub recipe.
