Electronic Arts, Hasbro Launch Scrabble iPad App

The Scrabble iPad app developed by Electronic Arts and Hasbro is getting a lot of good buzz. There are going to be lots of games and board games app for the iPad over the coming months. Some of the features with the colorful Scrabble app include customizable game rules and multiple difficult levels.
You can shuffle tiles by shaking the iPad and drag and drop letters. The game will also provide word hints if you are struggling. As with other board games for touchscreen devices you can also touch to zoom in and out on the game board.
Apps like the Scrabble apps could be useful for relieving boredom on long road trips. Scrabble for the iPad costs $9.99.
