Carrie Underwood Covers Cosmopolitan in Red Dress
Posted on February 4, 2010
Carrie Underwood covers the March 2010 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine. In the interview, Carrie talks about her new album, Play On, and her engagement to hockey player Mike Fisher.
On Being a Diva: "An Oklahoma girl like me wouldn't even know how to be a diva. I'm just a person who has a cool job. I love to be at home. I rarely go to clubs...and I always wear underwear! I just know I'd fall down, and that's not for everyone to see."
On Wanting it All: "I didn't want to be one of those people who has an amazing career but ends up alone and unhappy. I want to be happy. I want it all."
On Her Muse Mike Fisher: "He provided a lot of inspiration for songs, whether it was something he said or just by being supportive."
Carrie models the red dress and other looks in the behind-the-scenes video. She says she is "used to the drill" now that this is her third cover for Cosmo. She loves touring and says being on stage is the reward for everything put into the music.
