Amanda Seyfried Talks Raw Spinach Diet with Esquire

Amanda Seyfried wears lingerie for a new Esquire photoshoot. It is an interior shoot and not the cover shoot. It's quite a contrast from Amanda's lovely Oscar look.
Amanda is on a diet that sounds quiet harsh. She told Esquire that she is on a raw food diet. She says, "I'm on a raw-food diet. It's intense. And sort of awful. Yesterday for lunch? Spinach. Just spinach. Spinach and some seeds."
Esquire revealed that Amanda's lunch today included tabbouleh. Esquire write, "Finally she locates a deserted bar that isn't serving lunch, where she plops down and pulls out a plastic box containing enough tabbouleh to stuff a softball."
That still does not sound like enough to eat.
Amanda also told Esquire that she recently got a new dog, an Australian shepherd, that she always misses. She said, "It's so predictable, I just left him and I already want to run back and see him."
