7-Eleven to Launch Premium Soda Line Crafted by Jones Soda

7-Eleven has announced plans to launch a line of premium sodas. The 7-Select brand premium soda line will be crafted by Jones Soda. The beverages will carry the tagline, "This is no ordinary soda."
The line will launch with five flavors: Twisted Citrus, Fruit Loose, Cocolocolilinut, Tropical Slam Rambutan and Bluesberry Smash. The sodas will be made with natural flavors and cane sugar. Calories will range from 180 to 195 for a 20-ounce bottle. 7-Eleven says there will be 75 mg. of caffeine in each serving.Jennifer Cue, CEO of Jones Soda, says in a statement, "These exclusive drinks offer premium ingredients, great taste and a caffeine kick. With fewer calories per serving than the national brands, we believe we have created an ideal product for the 7-Eleven customers of today and tomorrow."
The sodas are sold in PET bottles. They features an embossed 7-Select logo. 7-Eleven says customers can use the #7SELECTxJONES hashtag to suggest future new flavor ideas for the premium beverage line. The sodas are sold at 7-Eleven locations.
